Five choices between two classes

A group of five positions, each with two possibilities, gives 2⁵ = 32 patterns. Baconian ciphers assign letters to some of them. The carrier can use any two classes that can be told apart reliably. What matters to the cipher is the resulting sequence of A and B classes.ACA Baconian

Baconian tables do not all use the same alphabet. Many historical and recreational versions combine I/J and U/V, while Decipher’s current table keeps all 26 letters.
